The staff were very friendly and accommodating, there is not a good choice of vegan food options but they made me something up which was lovely. We sat by the pool all day which was lovely. The hotel is in a great location, close to great restaurants and the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom sink however was slow at draining and the tap dripped but neither were really an issue.

First impression is very important to me, The big smile and friendly hospitality of the staff at the reception made me feel very welcomed. The receptionist allowed me to place my rented car at the front until my baggage settled in the rooms. The room and pool looked really good. It exceeded my expectations overall as the location is perfect for accessing Granada town centre by bus/on foot. I travelled with my parents so transport convenience was a big consideration for me, which my parents loved as well.

Great staff in reception, very hospitable and friendly! Extremely easy to have the car, had to pau for parking which we knew and the underground parking had big spaces. Location great , 30 minute walk to town and 15 by car to Alhambra the next day!

Quite a large and a modern hotel; Nice and helpful receptionists; Nice breakfast; The old town is easily accessible by public transport.

Modern facilities. Parking garage (additional cost).located close to buses and trams to central Granada. Petrol station and supermarket close by, also some restaurants. Close to main road but no real noise. Lifts to all floors.

I like the size and comfort of the beds. The location and surrounding stores. Some of the staff were kind and helpful.

Clean, good facilities & professional staff. We arrived early & had room to offer us without a wait. Helpful & polite reception staff. Large hotel so facilities are good. Parking is safe, secure & large spaces.

It was an interesting building shape and the room design was sort of Japanese inspired. this was cool and not very common. The staff were friendly and helpful when we called them at night trying to find the entrance to the parking garage. Considering this we felt safe in what seemed like a fortress. The price for the hotel is a value, absolutely worth it.
